Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to support a new program office. QA Specialists will assist in tracking, documenting, and validating ship construction quality, supporting test events, and managing deficiency records in the Technical Support Management (TSM) system. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with quality standards and supporting successful ship delivery. Join our innovative team and contribute to impactful national security initiatives.

Tentative Start Date September 2025

Required Experience:

Senior QA Specialist:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on shipbuilding quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ship construction practices.
  • Experience supporting QA efforts during ship production and testing phases.

Journeyman QA Specialist:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of ship construction and QA procedures.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience using or administering TSM systems or similar QA databases.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Coast Guard or DoD acquisition QA processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting QA in industrial or shipyard environments.
