Your Opportunity:
Venture Solutions, a Taylor Company, is seeking a 3rd Shift Digital Web Print Operator with experience operating Canon or other digital web print equipment to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas.

Your Shift:

• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Sunday night through Thursday night

• Weekend work may be required based on workload

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up, prepare, and operate digital printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards

• Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently

• Prepare inks for accurate color and consistency

• Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity for each run

• Review digital files for correct format and layout before production

• Inspect printed materials during runs to ensure consistent quality

• Work closely with the production team to schedule and prioritize jobs, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

You Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience operating high-speed sheet or roll-fed inkjet equipment

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances

• Strong math and measurement skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Solid mechanical ability and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions accurately

We Would Also Prefer:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience on multiple print operating platforms

• Ability to work within very close tolerances

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Good analytical skills and color discernment
