Job Overview

Duties

  • Preparing and assembling baked goods (primarily donuts and bagels) and other food items according to recipes and standards
  • Packaging finished products efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Assisting with food production tasks such as mixing, baking, and cooking
  • Ensuring all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintaining cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with food safety guidelines
  • Supporting catering events or restaurant service as needed
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations

Requirements

  • Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and kitchen operations in the food industry
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in baking techniques
  • Experience with food handling, packaging, and presentation in a commercial setting
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Culinary experience or donut and bagel production is advantageous
  • Food industry or catering experience is desirable
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
