Rasa Spa is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Guest Services representative for weekday evening shifts and at least one weekend shift. This part-time position would be a great way to get started at Rasa, should you wish to eventually work with us full-time. We pride ourselves on having a welcoming, inclusive staff and look forward to working with you

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance

Preferences

  • Proficiency in current spa booking software
  • Experience working in the spa industry
  • Experience working in retail

Requirements

Uphold the Rasa Spa Brand

  • Approach all encounters with guests and fellow employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism
  • Maintain the space (refill water pitchers, restock locker rooms, clean sandals, etc)
  • Provide timely reports to spa administration
  • Handle phone and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate daily operations and traffic flow of spa
  • Have ability to handle client feedback with grace, maturity, and professionalism
  • Complete daily opening/closing checklists

Daily Operations

  • Ensure service provider shifts are covered in the event of illness or absence
  • Regular detailed assessments of entire facility including at the beginning and end of all shifts, ensuring repairs and maintenance are handled in a timely manner
  • Ability to count and report cash drawer and credit card sales daily
  • Comfortable locking Spa at close of hours of operation
  • Keep a keen eye to the schedule with a goal of optimizing all bookings for efficiency

Special Requirements

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to move quickly through 5,000 square-foot space

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
