The Role

We're hiring a high-output Remote Recruiter to source, screen, and submit licensed imaging professionals.

This is a professional, client-facing role requiring strong follow-through, ownership, and the ability to manage your day independently.

This is not a mass-blasting or "post and pray" recruiting job.

You will operate with precision, speed, and quality — supported by radEmploy's AI outreach tools.

You'll use our platform to:

  • Engage imaging professionals at scale using AI-powered outreach
  • Run structured qualification screens
  • Confirm modality, schedule, pay expectations, and readiness
  • Submit only aligned, high-intent candidates
  • Communicate professionally with both candidates and clients

What You'll Do

  • Daily outreach + screening calls
  • Validate credentials, fit, and readiness
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate journey
  • Maintain organized, accurate workflow documentation
  • Work directly with the Operations Lead to prioritize high-need roles
  • Communicate professionally with clients as needed to support our members

Who You Are

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote role
  • Organized, disciplined, and highly accountable
  • Strong communicator (text, phone, email, Zoom)
  • Able to manage your workflow without micromanagement
  • Comfortable speaking with clients when needed
  • Recruiting or healthcare staffing experience is a plus — not required
  • Professional, reliable, and excited to grow with a fast-scaling team
