What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional service through personalized sit-and-fit experiences, helping customers find shoes that deliver the perfect fit, comfort, and support
  • Use your growing product knowledge to explain the science behind Vionic's VIO MOTION technology and why it matters.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers-ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for.
  • Promote our loyalty programs and share the benefits of wearable well-being.
  • Support store operations with enthusiasm, teamwork, and care.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: $13/hour base pay plus commission, with progressive rates that grow as your total sales increase. Your success = your earning potential
  • Flexible Scheduling: 15-25 hours per week, including a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.
    • No work on major holidays - we prioritize family time.

What You Bring:

  • A customer-focused, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Retail or customer service experience (a plus, but not required-we'll train you).
