Title: Senior Program Manager – Data Transformation
Location: Hybrid || Hartford, CT
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Overview:
- Client is seeking a Senior Program Manager with deep hands-on experience driving complex data transformation initiatives.
- This is a hybrid role combining traditional Program Management with Agile Delivery methodologies to oversee and execute mission-critical data programs.
- The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, extensive project governance experience, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information management, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management including large, complex transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; proven ability to blend approaches as needed.
- Experience with enterprise-level Agile tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and PPM tools like Planview or Clarity.
Certifications:
- Agile Certification Required: (PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
- PMP or PgMP strongly preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in P&C Insurance or Insurance Data Projects
- Previous experience leading data transformation programs with a strong technical and business focus.
