Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Testing & Quality Assurance (50%) – Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure complete coverage. Execute tests, document defects, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business requirements. Provide feedback to developers and ensure applications meet functional and performance standards.
  • Business Analysis (30%) – Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. Create use cases and acceptance criteria, facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams, and bridge communication gaps to deliver effective solutions.
  • Process Improvement & Automation (20%) – Define and enhance BA/QA processes, identify test automation opportunities, and develop automated test scripts using approved tools.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and SDLC (Agile – Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio / TFS / VSTS, .NET applications, and SQL Server (2008 R2, 2016).
  • Experience with SSIS/SSRS, ETL, and backend database testing (indexes, triggers, stored procedures, packages).
  • Solid understanding of STLC and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Windows Server Experience
  • SDLC - Agile (Scrum, Kanban) Experience
  • Intermediate Visual Studio/TFS/VSTS Experience
  • Intermediate .Net Applications, ETL Experience
  • Intermediate SQL Server 2008 R2 & 2016 Experience
  • SSIS/SSRS Experience
  • Extensive experience in Backend database testing specifically with indexes, triggers, stored procedures, packages
  • Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Experience

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with API testing and automated testing frameworks

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $48.00 per hour
