Who are we looking for?

The Director of ERP and Business Transformation will serve as the senior IT leader for the Electronics businesses, acting as a strategic partner to segment leadership and a champion of business-driven technology solutions. This individual will be accountable for managing IT demand across the segment, delivering key digital and business system transformation initiatives, and ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of core ERP systems that support manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, and commercial activities.

What will you be doing?

Segment IT Strategy & Demand Management

  • Serve as the primary IT partner to the Electronics segment leadership team.
  • Translate segment strategies into IT initiatives aligned with enterprise architecture and digital roadmaps.

Own the IT demand management process, ensuring projects are prioritized based on business value and operational impact.

  • Program & Project Leadership
  • Lead key IT programs and projects within the Electronics segment, including ERP improvements, AI/automation pilots, and business integration initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between business, IT, and external vendors.

Business Systems Operations (Focus on JD Edwards)

  • Own operational performance and continuous improvement of JD Edwards (JDE) and associated systems supporting the Electronics segment.
  • Collaborate with shared service teams to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and support performance.

People & Vendor Leadership

  • Lead a segment-aligned IT team (direct or matrixed), fostering a customer-focused, delivery-oriented culture.
  • Manage vendor relationships for segment-relevant services and platforms.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and upskilling within the IT organization.

Governance, Budget, and Performance

  • Oversee IT budget planning and performance management for the Electronics segment.
  • Participate in enterprise IT governance bodies, representing segment interests and aligning with broader strategies.
Who are You?
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technology / engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years in Information Technology
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role supporting industrial or manufacturing businesses.

What competencies will you need?
  • Proven experience managing ERP platforms (JD Edwards required; SAP a plus).
  • Track record of leading digital transformation and large-scale IT projects within a business unit or division.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and commerical functions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational culture shifts toward digital innovation.

The typical base salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $169,232 and $253,848.
