Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and safety while efficiently handling various towing and roadside assistance tasks. This role requires proficiency in operating tow trucks, including flatbeds and wheel lifts/self loaders.

Duties

  • Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during roadside assistance calls.
  • Perform vehicle recovery in various conditions, ensuring minimal damage.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections of the tow truck to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions.
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles onto flatbed tow trucks.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers to respond promptly to service requests.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience driving commercial vehicles, particularly tow trucks, is essential.
  • Customer service experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with clients.
  • Possessing a clean background is a requirement. FELONIES WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE DENIAL OF EMPLOYMENT.
