We're expanding our partnerships with psychiatry and behavioral health groups, enabling psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners to integrate cognitive screening, assessment, and care planning into mental health treatment, improving patient outcomes and enabling new reimbursement opportunities.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager, Psychiatry Practices will drive BrainCheck's growth among independent and group psychiatry practices across the U.S. This role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting and stakeholder engagement through contracting and post-sale handoff, focusing on how BrainCheck's platform supports differential diagnosis, medication management, and cognitive baselining in psychiatric care.
The ideal candidate has a successful track record selling clinical SaaS, diagnostics, or digital health tools into behavioral health or mental health settings. You are skilled at discussing clinical workflow, CPT-based reimbursement, and the intersection of cognitive and psychiatric care.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business with psychiatry and behavioral health practices, including outpatient groups, telepsychiatry providers, and multi-specialty clinics
- Position BrainCheck as a differentiated platform for cognitive screening, medication management support, and reimbursable care planning
- Build relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers, from psychiatrists to office managers
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop psychiatry-specific messaging, webinars, and content
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM
- Partner with Success and Clinical teams to ensure onboarding, retention, and high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience selling SaaS, diagnostics, or digital health into behavioral health, psychiatry, or neurology practices
- Working knowledge of reimbursement codes, including 96116, 96132, 99483, and Collaborative Care (CoCM) codes
- Deep understanding of behavioral health workflows and EMR environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with clinical and administrative leaders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
