ENSCO Avionics is looking for a embedded software project manager to help our team support our recent growth. Your responsibilities will include supporting business development and proposal efforts and managing multiple projects. Your day-to-day activities will include recruiting, staffing plans and management, customer relations, EVM reporting, and technical leadership.

Qualifications Required:

  • BS in Engineering, Software, or Computer Science or equivalent

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience

  • Hands-on experience with embedded software (both development and verification)

  • Leadership experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including working in team environments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance, for which you must be a U.S. Citizen

Qualifications Desired:

  • Understanding of AS9100D

  • Understanding of PMBOK

  • Hands-on experience with DO-178C

Salary Range

$91, $150,000 USD
