The Position

A well-known enterprise organization is seeking a proactive and versatile Paralegal to provide full-time support across compliance, employment, regulatory, and legal operations functions.

You'll handle a wide range of responsibilities including Extensive Reporting Responsibilities, such as Affirmative Action Plans, California Pay Act Reporting, EEO Policy. Immigration, Annual Anti-Harassment Training and DEI&I. This role will also be supporting litigation reporting and investigations. Along with responsibilities in Billing administration. This role is ideal for someone with strong initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple functions.

This remote position has an ASAP start, is 40 hours per week and expects to be ongoing in duration.The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $45 and $50. This range is an estimate; an employee's compensation will be based on the employee's qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
