Position Overview
K&R Glowing Pride Residential Services is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional program initiatives, align business objectives across multiple service departments, and advance operational success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, project portfolio management, regulatory compliance oversight, and process optimization, with proven ability to work in fast-paced healthcare and waiver-based environments.
This role is responsible for managing multi-state program implementation, policy execution, organizational improvement efforts, and compliance initiatives aligned with BDDS, FSSA, OMPP, OIG, and Medicaid waiver standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and completion of large-scale programs across departments using adaptable strategies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma).
- Develop & implement strategic program management frameworks and track deliverables against milestones.
- Manage project budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee stakeholder integration, coordination between clinical, compliance, HR, IT, and operational teams.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Word for process execution.
- Perform process mapping, change implementation, and corrective action planning.
- Conduct root cause analysis and performance tracking using KPIs and earned value management.
- Maintain compliance with Medicaid, FSSA, OMPP, and BDDS requirements for agency operations.
- Ensure program documentation, audit readiness, and best practice implementation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, process reengineering, quality oversight).
- Report directly to Executive Leadership and contribute to expansion strategies and sustainability planning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Project Management (Master's preferred).
5+ years managing complex multi-site or healthcare programs.
Strong leadership and team development background.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and data reporting systems.
Proven success in Medicaid compliance, risk management, and regulatory readiness.
Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and vendor relations.
Ability to work remotely with flexible scheduling and high accountability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation writing.
Compliance Requirements
- Must pass expanded national criminal history screening (Indiana, Florida, Virginia).
- Clean OIG Exclusion Report (No Prior Disqualification).
- Must comply with HIPAA, Program Integrity, and Medicaid Waiver compliance.
- Familiarity with state survey readiness & CAP implementation procedures is highly preferred.
Preferred Experience
Project Portfolio Management (PPM) – ERP, ServiceNow, Primavera, SAS
Healthcare or Medicaid Waiver Program Oversight (CIH, FSW, TBI, A&D Policy review, data trending, audit response management
IT infrastructure project management experience a plus
