Horizon Sales & Solutions is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused AT&T Sales Brand Ambassador to join our team in Pensacola, FL. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing AT&T and promoting its products and services in a assigned residential territory. This role offers a unique opportunity to help drive sales and customer loyalty while building the AT&T brand within the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Promote and sell AT&T products and services, including wireless plans, accessories, and new technologies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Drive sales by meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals, including individual sales targets and team objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about the latest AT&T product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and leadership to improve sales techniques, enhance customer engagement, and develop new strategies for success.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the AT&T brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for technology and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right solutions.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the Pensacola area as needed.
