Job Summary: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating content creation, scheduling, and publication across multiple platforms to ensure consistent and engaging messaging that aligns with our brand.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate the planning, development, and distribution of content across various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Coordinate and manage content creators, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and alignment with overall content strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to create cohesive and impactful content.
  • Maintain the content calendar and ensure the timely delivery of content projects.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage content archives and ensure digital assets are organized and accessible.
  • Assist with SEO optimization and keyword research to enhance content visibility.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in content coordination, content marketing, or editorial roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics is an advantage.
