Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, surgery, and preventative medicine

  • Mentor and lead veterinary staff including technicians and assistants

  • Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

  • Implement innovative process improvements to enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency

  • Foster lasting relationships with clients and local referral sources to ensure outstanding service and care

  • Champion a positive, team-centered culture and uphold clinical excellence across the practice

Qualifications:

  • DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school

  • Licensed veterinarian in Florida (or ability to obtain licensure)

  • 2–5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory veterinary role

  • Proven leadership and management capabilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to mentorship, team development, and high-standard veterinary care
