Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri, occasional early start or overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00/hr (with potential increase to $16-$17/hr based on performance after 90 days.)

About Us:

We are a growing commercial plumbing service & repair company servicing the San Antonio area. We maintain a central warehouse from which we supply our field technicians with parts and materials. Our warehouse manager is responsible for overall operations and we're looking for a motivated assistant to help keep things running smoothly.

Job Summary:

As the Warehouse Associate, you will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and will help with the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This is a great opportunity for someone freshly out of high school who's reliable, has a valid Texas driver's license, and is looking to build a career in logistics/warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, inspect incoming parts/materials.
  • Stock, organize, and replenish inventory so field technicians have what they need.
  • Pull and stage parts for technician call-outs.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • Assist with driving parts/materials to job sites if needed (using company van) – valid Texas driver's license required.
  • Support basic administrative tasks: logging receipts/issuances, tracking inventory movements, helping with parts counts.
  • Occasionally assist warehouse manager with other tasks as directed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and carry 40-50 lbs. repeatedly throughout shift.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (some standing, walking, bending).
  • Basic computer skills (entering data in inventory system, Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, positive attitude, willingness to learn.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required.
  • Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
