Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Back of House/Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food service areas. You will be responsible for food preparation, sanitation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Sanitate kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain health and safety standards.
  • Assist in the organization of kitchen inventory and supplies.
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately when needed.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and handling.
  • Help train new team members on kitchen procedures and best practices.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is helpful but not required.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work alone.
