Full-Time | Front Desk & Call Center

Join our team as a Patient Service Coordinator (PSC) and become the heart of our outpatient programs-where compassion meets coordination.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the first smile patients see-greet and check in patients at the Front Desk for scheduled appointments and open access visits.
  • Be the helpful voice on the line-answer incoming calls in our Call Center and direct them to the right departments with clarity and care.
  • Be the glue that holds it all together-support daily operations and ensure a seamless, positive experience for every patient.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Starting Pay: $14.00/hour
  • Schedule: Front Desk opens at 7:30 AM; closing times vary between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM-offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications
What You Bring

  • Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred:
  • Associate degree in Medical Office Administration
  • One year of experience in a medical office setting
  • Previous experience as a front desk receptionist, billing specialist, or similar role
  • Clearances Required:
  • ACT 31 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
  • FBI Clearance
  • PA State Criminal Clearance
  • Child Abuse Clearance
