Position: Front Desk Agent

Employment: Part- Time/ Full-Time

Bilingual recommended but not necessary

4 Days Various Shifts- Please Be Flexible

MUST be reliable, on time for all shifts, and a team player

MUST have experience in: Accounting/Auditing/Exceptional Customer Skills

MANDATORY: High communication skills, Pay attention to DETAILS, Learn from your mistakes.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of Computers, Knowledge in Math/Accounting, Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills, Ability to Work in a Professional Environment, Multi-Tasker and Reliable, On Time and Punctual.

Essential Functions Include But Not Limited To The Following:

- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests

- Promptness and timeliness is a must

- Issues room key to guest

- Answer multiple telephone calls and sets up guests' wake-up calls

- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions

- Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts. Operates the front office computer system. Makes photocopies if needed

- Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests

- Makes and confirms reservations

- Posts charges such as room, pets, extras to guest folio

- Checks out guests and inquiries about their stay

- Actively builds awareness of the Brand to guests

-Understanding Reports

-Pays attention to details

-Includes detail notes in all work

- Provides and ensures high-quality guest relations. Receives and resolves guest complaints in a manner consistent with company policy. Makes Manager on Duty aware of any guest complaints.

- Attends meetings and training as requested.

- Other duties may be assigned based on company needs.
