We are looking for a creative and experienced Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for floral design, an eye for detail, and the ability to create their unique and beautiful arrangements as well as be open to learning new methods and styles. The Floral Designer will be working with customers, taking orders, creating custom bouquets and arrangements per their specific needs. Experience with wedding and funeral work is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment alongside the owner who has many years of experience and a wealth of information to share.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create floral arrangements for special events.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in floral design.
  • Maintain an inventory of fresh flowers and other materials.
  • Receive and prep flower inventory.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Understand the principles of color, texture, and form when creating floral designs.
  • Be able to work with a variety of tools and equipment.
  • Proficient with a computer and some knowledge of a POS system.
  • Have the ability to lift at least 20lbs.
  • Proficient in phone conversation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
