Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have experience in retail sales and customer service. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, managing a robust sales pipeline, and delivering exceptional service to drive high-end vehicle sales. Multilingual abilities and familiarity with CRM software are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and expand our market reach. The successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting our inventory, upselling features, and building lasting customer relationships through effective communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through outbound sales, cold calling, and community outreach to generate new leads.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking prospects and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Conduct product presentations, including vehicle features, financing options, and service packages, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Negotiate deals effectively to meet both customer needs and dealership goals, utilizing strong retail math and organizational skills.
  • Manage inventory levels, assist with inventory control, and coordinate with the dealership team for timely vehicle availability.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials and events to attract new customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive buying experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support overall dealership objectives, including sales management tasks when necessary.
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct during all customer interactions, demonstrating confidence in public speaking engagements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or related fields such as dealership experience or B2B sales.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, perform cold calling, and conduct outbound sales activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer information and sales documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in an outside sales environment while maintaining teamwork within the dealership setting.
