Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    ETL pipelines
    for processing, transforming, and integrating large-scale
    Asset Management
    and
    performance data
    .
  • Analyze and map
    data flows
    across asset management systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and implement efficient
    data transformation logic
    .
  • Leverage
    AI-based data transformation tools
    to optimize data ingestion, quality, and enrichment.
  • Implement scalable solutions using
    Python, SQL, or C#
    for data extraction, cleansing, and automation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and domain experts to ensure alignment with data governance and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose sustainable resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of
    Asset Management data
    and
    investment performance metrics
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    ETL processes
    and
    data transformation tools
    (Informatica, Alteryx, Talend, or AI-based equivalents).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language:
    Python, SQL, or C#
    .
  • Experience with
    data modeling, validation, and transformation logic
    .
  • Understanding of
    data quality frameworks
    ,
    metadata management
    , and
    data lineage
    concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
