Join a fast-growing national electronics recycling company committed to safety, sustainability, and exceptional customer service. ATR is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Support Specialist to support daily administrative tasks, logistics coordination, and customer communication.

About the Role

In this position, you'll serve as a key connection between customers, our sales team, and operational departments. You'll manage account details, schedule logistics, prepare billing, and ensure customers receive timely and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate account records
  • Coordinate pickups, shipments, and schedules with the operations and logistics teams
  • Prepare and review billing documentation; create and send customer invoices
  • Upload and organize billing files, track payments, and maintain financial records
  • Respond to customer questions through phone and email; resolve issues promptly
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including data entry, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Maintain weekly reporting and update databases for Business Development team
  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient

What You'll Bring

  • Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); QuickBooks a plus
  • Experience with administrative, clerical, or office support work
  • Ability to build positive working relationships across teams
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative

Education & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college or vocational training preferred
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and perform light physical activity
  • Must pass background screening and pre-employment drug testing
