Job Summary:

We're seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Webex with customer solutions. You'll own the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. This role requires strong collaboration across 3rd party vendors, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Webex with customer offerings.
  • Drive feature prioritization based on user feedback, market trends, and analytics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors to deliver a high-impact product.
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize user experience and product financials including profitability.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in product management, preferably in Webex, SaaS or collaboration tools.
  • Deep understanding of hosted voice, UCaaS, or Webex ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Education & over all IT experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
