Pay & Earning Potential

Well‑experienced stylists are guaranteed a $15/hour minimum plus tips, with the potential to earn $20–$30 per hour as they reach our commission tiers.

What You'll Do

  • Hair color, highlights, and CHI color services Haircuts for men, women, and children Texture services, perms, and smoothing treatments Updos and special‑occasion styling Facial waxing Recommend and sell retail products Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast‑paced environment

Training & Career Growth

  • Free continuing education on CHI color, cutting systems, and waxing Mentorship from experienced stylists Clear advancement paths to Salon Manager, Coordinator, or Owner

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Florida Cosmetology License Ability to work in a busy, high‑traffic salon Comfortable with walk‑ins and building a clientele Positive, energetic, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented Willingness to learn CHI color (training provided) Desire to stay current with trends and techniques Weekend availability required
