Job description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with 3-8+ years of experience to join a fast-growing startup, to strengthen our post-sales function and ensure customer adoption, retention, and expansion. This person will be foundational in building the playbooks, systems, and relationships that define how we partners with customers for long-term success. They should be proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to help build out the team and processes.

What will you be doing:

  • Own the full customer relationship post-contract signature, including on-boarding and renewals.
  • Support customers with best practices, feature adoption, and potential upsells.
  • Handle light support, triaging, and following up on bugs, comfortable with concepts like APIs and webhooks.
  • Work with a mix of small staffing agencies and Fortune 100 enterprise clients, requiring executive presence.
  • Partner closely with engineering and sales teams to communicate customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.

Required:

  • 3 - 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS roles.
  • Early-stage startup experience, comfortable with ambiguity and building processes.
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts, driving renewals and expansion.
  • Four-year degree.
  • Comfortable with technical concepts like APIs and webhooks.
  • Data-driven mindset, analysing customer usage metrics.
  • Proactive mentality, solving problems, and driving projects independently.

Nice to Have:

  • HR Tech or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Experience with the CS platform ChurnZero.
