About Us

West Coast Men's Health is a growing men's health clinic specializing in advanced, non-invasive treatments for erectile dysfunction and hormone optimization. We help men regain confidence, energy, and quality of life in a professional, discreet environment.

We're looking for a seasoned leader with strong communication and sales skills—someone who can relate to our older, male patients, lead a team, and help grow our clinics.

What You'll Do

  • Educate prospective patients over the phone about treatment options (warm leads provided).
  • Meet with men in person, build trust, and close treatment programs.
  • Manage and support medical techs and clinic staff.
  • Oversee daily operations at two clinic locations.
  • Track patient conversions and clinic KPIs.
  • Create a comfortable, judgment-free environment for sensitive health conversations.

Who You Are

  • A confident, mature communicator who connects well with other men.
  • Experienced in sales and team leadership (10+ years preferred).
  • Professional, empathetic, and comfortable discussing private health issues.
  • Organized, accountable, and growth-driven.
