Position Overview
In this position, the employee will be responsible for coordinating training events and maintaining the Learning Management System in a highly technical and regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain training data and records within the Learning Management System
- Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information
- Assists regulatory inspections by providing training records and information related to training processes.
- Assists in the analysis, design and development, implementation and evaluation of complex technical training activities for employees and customers.
- Assists in the facilitation of individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers.
- Assists in the development of training materials to include training handbooks, job aids, models, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials, and standard operating procedures
- Guides the monitoring of effectiveness of course materials, reviews feedback and modifies/revises course materials.
- Works cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and PET manufacturing facilities to coordinate training initiatives.
- Monitors and maintains Learning Management System utilized by Siemens USA.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- AA,BA/BS in Education, Training, HR or related field
- Experience coordinating multiple training events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and the ability to deliver effective training programs.
- Ability to interpret educational needs and develop effective instructional media solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Experience with the SABA Learning Management System but will train an otherwise well-qualified candidate.

The base pay range for this position is:
Min $53,860 - Max $80,780
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
