Trade Analyst – Puerto Rico & USVI
Resumen del Puesto
Estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) Sr. Trade Marketing Coordinator para Puerto Rico y las Islas Vírgenes de EE. UU., con base en Puerto Rico. Esta posición es clave para brindar soporte a las iniciativas de Trade Marketing y Sell Out de nuestras marcas de linea blancas, fortaleciendo la presencia de marca en el punto de venta, incrementando la rotación de productos y desarrollando relaciones sólidas con nuestros socios comerciales.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Planificar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a estrategias de Trade Marketing enfocadas en impulsar el sell out y la visibilidad de nuestras marcas en el punto de venta.
- Administrar y ejecutar presupuestos promocionales con cada trade partner en la región.
- Medir el impacto y ROI de las actividades promocionales, desarrollando métricas adaptadas a las necesidades del negocio.
- Supervisar directamente la operación de las agencias de promotoria en los territorios asignados.
- Capacitar y fidelizar a los equipos de ventas de los puntos de venta, convirtiéndolos en embajadores de marca.
- Desarrollar planes de comunicación al consumidor en temporadas promocionales, en coordinación con los socios comerciales.
- Coordinar con agencias publicitarias y trade el desarrollo e implementación de campañas locales.
- Fortalecer las relaciones con los ejecutivos clave de cada trade partner.
- Procesar y dar seguimiento a facturas y notas de crédito vinculadas a actividades de marketing.
- Liderar proyectos desde su conceptualización hasta su ejecución.
- Brindar soporte en tareas adicionales asignadas dentro del equipo de Marketing.
- Gestionar al menos un reporte directo.
Requisitos
Formación Académica:
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o carrera afín.
Experiencia Profesional:
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en áreas de Trade Marketing, Marketing y/o Ventas.
Habilidades y Competencias
- Dominio fluido del inglés y español (oral y escrito) – obligatorio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento a todos los niveles.
- Presentación profesional impecable y dominio de herramientas como PowerPoint y Excel.
- Capacidad de análisis para interpretar datos y detectar oportunidades de mejora.
- Excelente gestión del tiempo y disposición para realizar viajes de trabajo hasta un 20% del tiempo.
- Experiencia liderando equipos o colaboradores directos.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en ejecución de promociones, activaciones, manejo de equipos de promotoria, y marketing digital.
