Pay Range:
$26-$27/hour

Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented
Quality Inspector
to perform inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has experience with dimensional and visual inspection, quality documentation, and use of measurement tools to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections per written procedures and specifications.
  • Operate test and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) according to work instructions.
  • Record inspection and test data accurately in the appropriate quality systems.
  • Identify and document non-conformances in the Non-Conforming Material Review (NCMR) system.
  • Collect data for First Article Inspections (FAI) and participate in Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R) studies.
  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) compliance activities.
  • May assist in training other inspectors and recommending process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical coursework or certifications preferred.
  • 1-3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO, FDA, or similar regulated quality systems.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and using inspection tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.
