Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Arcadia, CA, for a Yardi Trainer. The Yardi Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, onboarding team members with Yardi systems, and supporting staff in the effective use of Yardi software and platforms. Key responsibilities include creating training materials, troubleshooting user concerns, configuring Yardi modules, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of software features and updates. Collaborating with the IT and management teams, the trainer will ensure seamless integration and optimization of Yardi technology across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge and experience with Yardi, RentCafe, and related property management software
• Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills to engage and educate team members effectively
• General proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring software applications
• Background in property management, real estate operations, or affordable housing programs (e.g., LIHTC, HUD) is highly preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Arcadia, CA, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
• Problem-solving abilities, aptitude for learning software updates, and experience with compliance management tools are desirable
