The Position:
The Mitigation Manager's responsibilities include:
- Leading a dedicated team committed to serving the community with diligence and professionalism.
- Making a meaningful impact by assisting individuals affected by property disasters.
- Ensuring that mitigation projects are completed within budget while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrating empathy and a sense of urgency in all communications, utilizing modern technology platforms.
- Providing clear and effective leadership through positive reinforcement, mutual respect, and meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications (Requirements):
- Eagerness to join an esteemed team and uphold a positive demeanor.
- Proven experience managing a mitigation department with a budget exceeding $5 million, with extensive expertise in water, fire, and mold remediation.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively through clear communication, positivity, mutual respect, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Preferred possession of IICRC certifications.
- Previous tenure in the restoration industry as a Mitigation Manager.
- Possession of a valid and active driver's license.
- Demonstrated dedication to maintaining professionalism.
- Clean driving record and possession of a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and adapt to new developments in the field.
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensuring the teams' performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services and services in accordance to IICRC and industry specifications.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
- Ensure your crews are ready at all times and every morning to handle the day through a team huddle.
- Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinion.
- Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
- Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
