The Position:

The Mitigation Manager's responsibilities include:

  • Leading a dedicated team committed to serving the community with diligence and professionalism.
  • Making a meaningful impact by assisting individuals affected by property disasters.
  • Ensuring that mitigation projects are completed within budget while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrating empathy and a sense of urgency in all communications, utilizing modern technology platforms.
  • Providing clear and effective leadership through positive reinforcement, mutual respect, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Eagerness to join an esteemed team and uphold a positive demeanor.
  • Proven experience managing a mitigation department with a budget exceeding $5 million, with extensive expertise in water, fire, and mold remediation.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively through clear communication, positivity, mutual respect, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Preferred possession of IICRC certifications.
  • Previous tenure in the restoration industry as a Mitigation Manager.
  • Possession of a valid and active driver's license.
  • Demonstrated dedication to maintaining professionalism.
  • Clean driving record and possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and adapt to new developments in the field.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

  • Ensuring the teams' performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services and services in accordance to IICRC and industry specifications.
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
  • Ensure your crews are ready at all times and every morning to handle the day through a team huddle.
  • Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinion.
  • Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
  • Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner.
  • Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
