Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a policy administration portal using ASP.NET Core MVC and Razor Pages, giving agents and underwriters an easy way to manage quotes, renewals, and endorsements.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs in .NET Core for data exchange, policy checks, document generation, and reporting with internal systems.
• Create front-end portals for policyholders and agents using , adding dynamic forms, real-time checks, and status updates to improve user experience.
• Set up secure login and access control with Okta SSO and Azure AD B2C, ensuring proper role-based permissions.
• Automate key insurance processes like claim acknowledgments, renewals, and cancellations using Control-M to reduce manual work.
• Use Azure Data Factory to collect, clean, and move policy and claim data into a central data warehouse for analysis.
• Automate the creation of policy documents, letters, and forms using iTextSharp and real-time policy data.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps to automate builds, testing, and deployments across all environments.
• Design Power BI dashboards linked to SQL Server and APIs to help track claims, policies, and performance metrics.
• Improve SQL Server performance by optimizing stored procedures, indexes, and queries for faster search results.
• Take part in Agile sprint planning and meetings to align technical work with business goals and timelines.
• Build automated testing tools using Postman, Selenium, and xUnit to verify APIs and user interfaces, reducing testing time.
