SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to perform collection of Patient Outcome Measures for hip and knee surgery patients: 90 day pre-operatively, 90 day post-operatively and day post operatively, and other orthopedic data such as readmission rate, complication rate, mortality rate. Responsible to perform collection of hip fracture data which includes but is not limited to time to incision, OOB post op day 1, delirium management, post-operatively complications, nutrition management, mortality rate, readmission rate.

Support high level analyses of orthopedic team clinical activities, participate in the Orthopedic Care Team Meeting. Facilitate the development and maintenance of data collection, leveraging existing data to measure utilization and value.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • One (1) year of relevant experience required.
