Groove Subaru is looking for a dependable, hardworking Automotive Service Porter to join our service team This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle intake.
  • Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles in the dealership lot and service area.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas.
  • Assist with vehicle deliveries, shuttling customers when needed, and other support tasks for the service team.
  • Perform light facility maintenance, including tidying work areas and emptying trash.
  • Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies while handling customer vehicles.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to customers and teammates.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Previous porter or valet experience is a plus, but not required.
