What you will have an opportunity to do:

We're looking for a Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and takes pride in delivering quality food—every single shift.

If you have solid line experience, stay cool under pressure, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative culinary team, this could be the perfect fit.

As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in daily kitchen operations and in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned workstations for service
• Execute dishes efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times
• Work closely with chefs and fellow cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment

What are we looking for?

• Previous line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen is required
• Active Food handler's certification or the ability to get it
• Strong working knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
• Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
