Experienced Dispatcher / Scheduler (Full-Time Hybrid)

Iconic Garage Door Services is hiring a full-time Experienced Dispatcher / Scheduler to support our growing home services team. This hybrid dispatcher position is ideal for a highly organized professional with experience scheduling and dispatching field technicians in a fast-paced service environment.

Dispatcher / Scheduler Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch garage door service technicians efficiently
  • Manage daily service routes, appointments, and job assignments
  • Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules in real time
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Confirm appointments and communicate schedule changes with customers
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in dispatching and CRM software
  • Coordinate emergency service calls and priority jobs
  • Support operations by improving scheduling efficiency and response times

Dispatcher / Scheduler Requirements

  • 2+ years of dispatcher and scheduler experience (home services, trades, or field service preferred)
  • Proven experience with dispatching software, ServiceTitan
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Garage Door Services, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar trades
  • Route optimization and technician coordination experience
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote dispatcher role
