What We Offer

• Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,500 (based on experience)
• Paid Training: 4–6 weeks of hands-on instruction — full pay during training
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3¢ extra per mile for safety and productivity
• No-Touch Freight: Focus on driving — we handle the rest
• Modern Equipment: Automatic trucks, average age just 1.5 years
• Orientation Bonus: $300 upon training completion
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 for drivers with 3+ months of experience

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license (required – no exceptions)
• 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record (no at-fault accidents in the last 5 years)
• No experience? No problem — we'll train you and pay you while you learn

Your Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle on assigned routes
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
• Keep accurate logs and maintain DOT compliance
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Always prioritize safety and professionalism
