Compensation:

$125,500 - $192,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and guide them through the home buying process.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and market strategies.
  • Utilize provided leads to build a robust client base and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Conduct property showings and provide insightful information to prospective buyers.
  • Stay informed about local market trends to offer clients the best advice and options.
  • Manage and organize client information to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in person and through digital channels, to build strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of being a self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with local real estate markets or a strong desire to become knowledgeable about them.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and client interactions.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to organize client information and streamline communication.
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills.
