Join our team as an Inventory and Parts Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting technicians and maintaining accurate, well-organized stock systems. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in inventory control, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain balanced and accurate inventory levels to support production operations.
  • Distribute parts and supplies to designated technicians.
  • Record incoming parts and supplies using the computerized inventory system.
  • Physically receive, inspect, and stock all incoming orders and returned parts.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts and monitor stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Organize and process core returns; track return activity for accountability.
  • Maintain efficient storage layout and ensure safe, organized stock areas.
  • Secure warehouse premises and support proper handling of parts and components.
  • Provide support to technicians with part requests or inventory needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Working knowledge of stockroom procedures and inventory control systems.
  • Able to lift and handle items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and accountability.
  • Effective time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
