Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Service Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a background in the food industry, particularly in culinary or dietary settings. As a Room Service Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that meals are delivered promptly and with care, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our residents.

Duties

  • Deliver meals to residents' rooms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items according to dietary guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service equipment.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' needs and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards during food production and delivery.
  • Support the dietary department by communicating any special dietary requirements or concerns from residents.

Skills

  • Experience in the food industry, particularly within assisted living or healthcare settings is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques.
  • Familiarity with dietetics and dietary restrictions is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in high-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.
  • A proactive attitude towards helping others and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Pay: $ $24.85 per hour
