Our exclusive club blends secure, climate-controlled vehicle storage with boutique office suites, elevated social programming, and white-glove concierge services. We are curating a community built around craftsmanship, design, and driving culture.

We are seeking an Auto Manager to lead all aspects of member vehicle care and service management—ensuring that every car under our roof receives world-class attention and every client enjoys seamless, personalized support.

Position Overview

The Auto Manager will be the operational lead responsible for managing all vehicle-related services at Por La Mar. This individual will oversee service coordination, vendor relationships, maintenance scheduling, and client communications—ensuring each member's car is impeccably cared for and ready to drive at a moment's notice. The ideal candidate has deep automotive knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong background in luxury client service.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle & Service Management

  • Oversee all aspects of member vehicle care, including storage, detailing, maintenance, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with trusted vendors and service partners (mechanics, transporters, detailers, and specialty shops).
  • Create and maintain vehicle service records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement systems to monitor vehicle readiness, maintenance schedules, and special requests.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles and facilities meet Por La Mar's premium standards.

Client Services & Communication

  • Serve as the primary contact for members regarding all vehicle-related needs.
  • Provide high-touch, concierge-level service that anticipates and exceeds member expectations.
  • Maintain transparent, proactive communication about vehicle status, scheduling, and upcoming service needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with members rooted in trust, reliability, and automotive expertise.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Source, vet, and manage service partners aligned with Por La Mar's standards of excellence.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements while maintaining cost efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Oversee logistics for vehicle transport, detailing, and specialty maintenance.

Operations & Administration

  • Track service histories, vendor performance, and key operational metrics.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting for service operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve operational systems and member experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive service management, luxury vehicle operations, or related fields.
  • Strong technical understanding of high-end and collector automobiles.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, logistics, and multiple service timelines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
  • Experience working in a luxury, private club, or concierge-style environment preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends to accommodate member schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $90,000.00 per year
