*Position Overview
The Ohio State University's School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences invites applications for an associated faculty member within our Occupational Therapy (OT) division at the instructor of practice rank. This position consists of an initial 3-year appointment that is renewable based upon annual reviews. We are seeking faculty who will teach within the Occutpational Therapy Doctoral (OTD) program in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences; mentor and advise students; participate in accreditation activities, and assist in curriculum development. Successful candidates must have appropriate educational preparation to teach within our OTD program. Our associated faculty have a majority of their time committed to teaching, but also contribute to the service needs of the School, College, University and professional community. *Key Responsibilities:*
Teaching: Deliver high-quality instruction in a variety of courses within the Occupational Therapy Doctorate Program. Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning and success. Mentorship: Provide academic and professional mentorship to students in the Occupational Therapy Doctorate Program. Support students in their academic and career development through advising and guidance. Service: Contribute to the service needs of the School, College, and University by participating in committees, attending faculty meetings, and engaging in other service activities. Represent the School in appropriate professional organizations and contribute to the advancement of the occupational therapy field. Curriculum Development: Assist in the development and revision of curriculum to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the occupational therapy profession and aligns with accreditation standards.

- Degree: Terminal doctoral degree (e.g., EdD, PhD, ScD, DHSc, clinical doctoral degree, post-professional clinical doctoral degree or equivalent)
- Fields/Majors: Occupational Therapy or related fields
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ohio as an Occupational Therapist
- Teaching experience at the graduate level in occupational therapy
- Teaching background in behavioral health and wellness
- Teaching experience with learning management system
- Ability to mentor and advise graduate and professional students
- Professional expertise in behavioral health and wellness occupational therapy
