Job Summary

We are COMMISSION BASED PAY We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a D2D Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role of driving sales, and ensuring that our store remains well-stocked and visually appealing.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selections.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in D2D is preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $7.25 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
