Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage floor care responsibilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
  • Maintain housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to meet the needs of guests and enhance their experience.
  • Assist in custodial duties for special events or high-traffic areas as required.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Skills

  • Proven experience in cleaning roles, particularly within hotel or hospitality environments.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment.
  • Familiarity with floor care processes and products.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
