Job Description:

Kratevo LLC is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Front Desk Sales Representative to join our high-end automotive services team in Tempe, AZ. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an automotive environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and is skilled at closing sales.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers — in person, over the phone, and online — and will be responsible for educating them on our premium services, including window tint, ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), and vinyl wraps. You will manage the sales process from initial inquiry through vehicle check-in, paperwork, payment, and final delivery, while keeping a full schedule booked at all times.

This role also involves coordinating priorities and deadlines with installers to ensure work is completed on time, as well as handling vehicle deliveries to customers with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet walk-in customers and answer incoming calls, texts, and emails.
  • Provide quotes and confidently upsell services like tint, ceramic coating, PPF, and vinyl wraps.
  • Clearly explain product benefits and differences to help customers choose the right package.
  • Check in vehicles, complete check-in paperwork, and file warranty tickets.
  • Take payments, close invoices, and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Use CRM software to follow up with leads via calls and texts to secure bookings.
  • Keep a busy appointment calendar filled and running on schedule.
  • Communicate priorities, timelines, and due dates with installers to ensure jobs are completed on time.
  • Deliver completed vehicles to customers and review work performed.
  • Maintain a clean, professional front desk and lobby area.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or customer service within an automotive environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive appearance services and products (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to upsell and close high-value sales.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience) + commission.
