Position Overview
As a Door-to-Door Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company—educating homeowners about home remodeling, building trust through direct interaction, and closing appointments that create life-changing savings for families. No prior experience is required—we provide all the training, mentorship, and tools you need to succeed.
This role is designed for driven, coachable individuals who are ready to learn, put in consistent effort, and take advantage of an income opportunity.
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10:00am-6:30pm (Friday and Saturday off)
Pay: Full-time 16.50/hr plus additional $100 per 3 appointments $50 each after that. You will also get commission from the home projects you bring in on top of all the other pay. Additionally, you will receive a $1000 bonus once you complete your 3 months.

Responsibilities
Engage homeowners directly through door-to-door prospecting
Educate potential customers on benefits and financial savings
Build rapport, establish trust, and overcome objections with confidence
Follow company sales process to present, qualify, and secure the appointment
Work closely with trainers, mentors, and team leaders to continually improve performance
Commit to daily and weekly activity goals that drive results
Pay: $ $1,500.00 per week
