Community Association Manager – Full-Time
Town and Country Community Association Management is seeking a motivated and experienced Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential homeowner's associations, including single-family, townhome, and condominium communities.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities related to HOA operations, vendor management, and board coordination. Experience with Architectural Review Boards (ARB) and developer-transitioning communities is strongly preferred. A property management background or real estate license would also be helpful.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned communities
· Coordinate maintenance issues and vendor relationships
· Guide communities through developer transition processes and ARB-related matters
· Conduct financial reviews and assist with budgeting and reserve planning
· Ensure compliance with association documents, policies, and state regulations
· Act as the main liaison between the board, homeowners, and vendors
· Prepare detailed reports for board meetings and attend as needed (some evenings/weekends required)
· Provide timely responses to homeowner concerns and inquiries
· Research and implement best practices in HOA management
Qualifications
· Experience in HOA or community association management required
· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload
· Financial literacy, including understanding of budgets and assessments
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Familiarity with ARB processes and developer-owned communities is a plus
· CMCA or AMS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
